Sunday Ride 9/18

leaving from Starbucks on the circle at 1:30. Ride to the top of the Monon and back. Everyone is welcome. It's 37 miles round trip. We will stop often for water and rest and we may even visit a coffee shop along the way

L.A 2010 Track racing

Hey you guys , I just wanted you to know that there are not many road races around where I am , but I will be putting these legs in full speed ahead on the track out here for the Indianapolis Velonauts .... We miss you guys a lot and I am glad that we have such great friends back home.... Well, I will take pics of the track out here and post them.

Saturday ride 9/11/10

Ride to Morgantown weather permitting. It's kinda hilly in parts but fixed is do-able. 60+ miles. 9am at calvin fletcher coffee.
