The guys and gals of Rivendell know a bit about biking. They have their opinions and many others have differing opinions, but I think everyone who rides should study a bit about riding, learn what others think and develop your own philosophies based on your experience and preferences. Having said that here is a pretty decent list to make sure you have a good and safe time on the bike.
